What I really like about recorded performances of this era is that the sequencing of camera views is reasonable, and mimics what your eye would do if attending the concert. Happily, this concert has a good balance of camera shots that are not sequenced in a maddening fury.

(No, not really.for example the Soundstage series and the old MTV unplugged series offer both technical video excellence with some reasonable restraint in the video gimmickry department). I guess I will have to avoid any concert films made after 1981.

Wow.it has been nearly 30 years since this was produced (1981).it is hard to believe.the performance and the quality of the video is fantastic. I prefer to dwell on a person or a view (preferably a close-up) for more than a 3 second blip.

Turn up the surround sound and the big screen HDTV and enjoy this masterpiece from Queen. Queen is King.

Unfortunately, with all of the technical wizardry of the present time, concert performances now tend toward numerous high speed camera views switched every few seconds.plus other annoying technical video effect crap.which is fine if you are cranked up on cocaine or crack or have the attention span of a fruit fly.but if you are a normal person your head will be spinning after a short while.

One of the last concerts where it was just the four of them playing on stage, awesome. Great high quality video, good sound, and a cool commentary version also included. The video from Live-Aid is great too.

A true Queen masterpiece to watch over and over again. Amazing sound. It is like you are transported back to the 1981 concert in the front row watching Freddie give yet another stellar performance. This concert is excellent. Clear picture.

Freddie Mercury at his PEAK. Awesome. You have to get this, too. This is so upfront and so Queen. Beautiful.
